Gourmet Coleslaw with L'arte Spicy Pepper White Balsamic
INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION:
1. Mix all ingredients except for the avocado slices. Toss a few times to make sure everything is mixed together and all the vegetables are coated.
2. Let sit for 20-30 minutes. Then mix again before serving.
3. Put a scoop of the coleslaw on each plate, then garnish with a few avocado slices.
4. Enjoy!
- 3 cups chopped cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped sweet onion
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced and halved baby zucchini
- 1 tablespoon L'arte Solemare Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon L'arte Spicy Pepper White Balsamic
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- Avocado slices for garnish
- Salt and Pepper to taste
