Oven Roasted Salmon w/Lemon Thyme Balsamic Glaze
INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION:
1. Heat oven to 275F.
2. Mix mustard, Lemon White Balsamic, L'arte EVOO, Thyme and salt and peppery together until it is a creamy mixture.
3. Place salmon in baking pan, cover with glaze mixture.
4. Bake for 20 minutes or until salmon is thoroughly cooked.

- Salmon (fillets or steaks)
- 1 Tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- 2 Tablespoons of L'arte Lemon White Balsamic
- 2 Tablespoons) of L'arte Bel Posto EVOO
- 3-4 sprigs of Thyme, leaves removed from stem
- Salt and pepper to taste
