Carpaccio of Zucchini with L'arte Lemon White Balsamico
INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION:
1. Plate zucchini with Parmesan cheese then drizzle the balsamic and olive oil on top.
2. Serve and enjoy!
- Thinly sliced zucchini
- Shaved aged Parmesan cheese
- A drizzle (1-2 Tablespoons) of L'arte Lemon White Balsamic
- A drizzle (1-2 Tablespoons) of L'arte Bel Posto EVOO
- Salt and pepper to taste
