Our uniquely fresh award-winning extra virgin olive oil is harvested from ancient trees in Tuscany.  The history of these olive groves translates into olive oil with a unique depth and richness of taste that is bottled at the peak of freshness.   

Our attention to detail and utmost care during harvesting and pressing of the olives ensures you receive the freshest, healthiest, most flavorful oil.  Our olive oil has a unique, highly attractive greenish tint and an amazing fresh taste. You'll experience flavors of raw artichoke hearts and fresh grass notes with a strong and fruity profile that ends in a pleasant long peppery finish. It really has to be tasted to believe the incredible flavors that freshly-pressed olive oil can have.

We ensure that our olive oil is the freshest possible. Every bottle is clearly marked with not only the harvest date, but the expiration date as well. For our "Nuovo" olive oil, available in the fall each year, we airship our olive oil from Tuscany to the United States within days of the olive oil pressing. This Nuovo Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) still has little pieces of the olives suspended in the oil, heightening the taste sensation.
