L'arte Rosemary Balsamic Glazed Lamb Chops
INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION:
1. Mix ingredients together in a zip lock, add lamb chops and allow to marinate for a couple hours.
2. Use marinade liquid to baste while grilling.
Try not to lick your fingers. Enjoy!
- Lamb chops or pieces, whatever you prefer
- 1/3 cup L'arte Rosemary Dark Balsamic (more or less depending on how much lamb you are marinating)
- 1/4 cup L'arte Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Crushed garlic (we like to use allot, at least 4 cloves, maybe more!)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
