Truffled Potato Salad
Potato salad is always nice but on a hot summer day along with a barbecue, this potato salad is a mouth watering recipe that is gourmet in flavor but easy to make.
INGREDIENTS:
Boil potatoes until fully cooked but still firm. Once they are cool, peel the potatoes and then cut in thirds lengthwise, then cut into slices about .5mm thick or even a little less. We like to cut up 1 potato, layer it in the bowl, put some of the chopped onion and celery on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper and then do the next potato.
Once finished, add the L'arte Olive Oil and L'arte Truffle White Balsamic. Add equal parts and mix, add more if you like a wetter potato salad, be sure to check on the salt and pepper as well and add more to taste.

- 1/2 sweet onion, finely chopped
- Salt & Pepper to taste
