My three favorite veggies to make with L'arte dell'Olivo Olive Oil: asparagus, cauliflower, and brussel sprouts. In each case, tossed generously with olive oil, grilled, roasted, or pan fried until tender and charred, sprinkled with salt and drizzled with more L'arte EVOO!
