Simple Shrimp Veggie Salad with & L'arte Shallot White Balsamic and L'arte EVOO by Lee

INGREDIENTS:
8-10 Cooked, peeled & chilled shrimp
2 radishes
1/2 cup chopped cauliflower
5 cherry tomatoes, quartered
1/2 large carrot, sliced or grated
Sliver of sweet onion
Diced Lettuce of your choice but spinach would be a good option, too
A chopped boiled egg, optional
Sweet Italian Basil leaves, optional
Salt and pepper to taste
