Mashed Sweet Potatoes w/Garlic & Rosemary Balsamic
INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION:
1. Cut the sweet potato into large chunks and place in boiling water along with garlic cloves to cook.
2. Once potato is soft, drain water and let cool. Peel off skin and put cooked peeled potato chunks and cooked garlic back into drained pot.
3. Add L'arte EVOO, L'arte Rosemary Dark Balsamic, milk and salt and pepper.
4. Use a kitchen blender or hand mixer to puree everything together.
5. Add Parmesan cheese and then taste, at this point we chose to add just another splash of L'arte EVOO and L'arte Rosemary Dark Balsamic.
Serve and enjoy!

- 1-2 Tablespoons L'arte Rosemary Dark Balsamic
- 1/4 milk
- 1/2 freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Freshly ground pepper and salt to taste
