Chocolate Cupcakes by Chef Denise

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 cup L'arte Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup hot water or coffee
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla

PREPARATION:
1. Mix everything together in mixer.
2. Put batter in greased cake pan or cupcake liners.
3. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes for cake and 25 minutes for cupcakes.
4. Apply your favorite frosting on top and enjoy!
